Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using EnglishGrammarFixer ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or its tools. Use of the Service also constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Service description

EnglishGrammarFixer provides AI-powered writing tools including grammar checking, paraphrasing, summarizing, readability analysis, cover letter review, email checking, and related English-language assistance.

3. Service tiers

  • Guest (no account): up to 5 checks per day, up to 800 characters per check.
  • Free account: up to 10 checks per day, up to 1,000 characters per check.
  • Student plan: up to 120 checks per day, up to 1,500 characters per check.
  • Standard plan: up to 300 checks per day, up to 2,000 characters per check.
  • Business plan: up to 800 checks per day, up to 3,000 characters per check.

Daily limits reset daily. Usage is subject to these limits to protect service stability. We may adjust plan limits with reasonable notice.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. You must provide a valid email address when registering. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle. Prices are displayed on the Pricing page and charged in USD. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Paddle is the legal seller for all transactions and handles sales tax and VAT compliance where applicable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. After cancellation, paid access continues through the end of the current billing period and then reverts to the Free tier.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits by creating multiple accounts or rotating IPs.
  • Do not scrape, crawl, or automate abusive access to our tools or APIs.
  • Do not attempt to damage, disable, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

7. Tool output

Our tools generate AI-assisted suggestions, rewrites, scores, and summaries. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it. We do not guarantee that output is complete, accurate, or suitable for high-stakes legal, medical, or financial contexts.
